Cynthia Kim is a spankee character created by Drooaygah in 2003 or earlier. She is a Asian-American girl who lives with her parents in the United States. Cynthia is black-haired, petite and less "developed" for her age. Her parents (Mr and Mrs Kim) as well as other characters who are in charge of her (depending on the story) have traditional and very strict views and are firm believers in the benefits of a good old-fashioned spanking when it comes to correcting misbehavior. The embarrassment and humiliation that comes with such punishment is seen as a welcome aspect that adds to the message. Most of Cynthia's spankings are of the classic bare bottom OTK type.

Cynthia stars in many of Drooaygah's spanking drawings and in at least two spanking comics. Drooaygah has also written at least one Cynthia spanking story. There is no continuity among the various "Cynthia" drawings, comics and stories. They are all completely independent works. Cynthia Kim has an older sister whose name has never been shown and a younger sister named Jess. Jess has often expressed pleasure at watching her older sister get spanked and on one occasion told her father to spank Cynthia more. Cynthia hates her younger sister, but will not hit her out of fear of another spanking.

The Ultimate Sanction
The Ultimate Sanction is a graphic short story told in 29 pictures with narration, much like a typical comic book. It tells the story of Cynthia Kim who has pushed her parent's patience to the edge and the spanking that comes with it. In The Ultimate Sanction, Cynthia has a younger sister.

Cynthia Visits the Spankers
Cynthia Visits the Spankers is a 71-page M/f spanking comic and as such is one of the world's graphic novels centered on spanking. It tells the story of how Cynthia, after serious misbehaviour and backtalk, is taken by her mother to Central City Corporal Punishment Center, a place that specializes in the professional corporal punishment of minors. In this building, in a hospital-like atmosphere, the "ungrateful child" is made to strip and is then subjected to a series of relentless hard spankings and humiliating treatment by the disciplinarian, while Mrs. Kim watches her bratty daughter's thorough punishment with satisfaction.
