Makoto is a Japanese artist who creates girl spanking art (M/f and F/f) in anime style. His/her artwork is exhibited on the free site Makoto's Spanking Scrapbook. Makoto's site was one of the first on the subject of anime spankings, but it's inactive since 2002.
