Two kids OTK is a method of spanking two persons simultaneously, side by side over the spanker's lap. This method is occasionally found in spanking art, for example in spanking cartoons but also in 'serious' spanking drawings and spanking comics. It is usually chosen when two characters are caught in the same mischievous act and are both to be punished with a spanking. Instead of putting one in a waiting position (e.g. corner time) to wait for his/her turn, both are punished together.

Both kids face the same direction so that their bottoms are side by side, and are spanked as if they were one person (with four bottom cheeks). This only works when both spankees are small and slim enough to fit on the lap together, so it's a typical adult/child spanking position. It is hardly possible in adult/adult spanking scenarios, with the exceptions of Shrinking Women‎, Fantasy and similar genres.

Two persons in the over-one-knee position, but opposite knees, though the spanker would have to be at least semi-ambidextrous.
Two persons can also be spanked side-by-side in a number of other positions, such as over a desk (example: one drawing by Sassy Bottoms, one drawing by Wilhelm Busch).
Two persons can also be spanked simultaneously by two different spankers, e.g. sitting on opposite chairs.
